1. Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Once an order has shipped, a confirmation email will be sent to the buyer, including tracking details for monitoring delivery status.

2. Shipping Rates and Options

Shipping rates and available options are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the destination and weight of the order. Buyers may select their preferred shipping method at that time.

3. Shipping Restrictions and Buyer Responsibilities

  • Open Book Extracts ships only to addresses within the United States.
  • Certain products may be restricted from shipping to specific areas due to local regulations. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure compliance with all regulations applicable to the jurisdiction of the delivery address.
  • Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses.

4. Order Tracking

Upon shipment, a tracking number will be provided via email. This allows the buyer to track the status of the shipment from dispatch to delivery.

5. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • Open Book Extracts is not liable for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation. For lost or delayed shipments, buyers are advised to contact the carrier directly.
  • If a package arrives damaged, please reach out to us at info@openbookextracts.com within 7 days of receipt to report the issue. We will work with you to resolve the situation and, if appropriate, arrange for a replacement or refund.
