Where We Go From Here

This was a difficult week.

As we celebrated our government reopening and government employees getting back to work, we mourned the fact that a provision was included in the bill that fundamentally reshapes the hemp-derived cannabinoid landscape. Our business. Our industry. What we've worked tirelessly to legitimize the last 6 years. Products that brands have built businesses around—products that were legal under the 2018 Farm Bill—now face prohibition.

We are disappointed. We are frustrated. We are tired. We don't agree with how it happened or what it means for businesses and individuals we've worked alongside for years. Good people. Honest people. But we aren't going to wallow in it or spend time pointing fingers.

We're going to process it, come together as a team, and figure out a path forward.

Just like we've been doing from the very beginning.

What Hasn't Changed

Our goal has always been to help people through natural wellness. We believe in the power of hemp. We believe hemp is here to stay—even if the regulatory landscape keeps shifting under our feet.

Will there be more changes? Probably. Lobbying efforts are already underway. The language may soften. New interpretations may emerge. We've learned over six years that nothing in this industry stays static for long.

So we're not pretending this is settled. We're not celebrating "clarity" when the reality is we just traded one kind of uncertainty for another.

But what we know for certain: we'll be here.

Making the same cGMP-certified, ISO-backed, Third-Party tested ingredients we've always made. Serving brands committed to quality. Supporting the people who believe hemp has a role in wellness.

The regulations will keep changing. Our standards won't.

Moving Forward Together

The votes are behind us - yesterday is gone. Today, we figure out what's next.

That's what we've always done. When regulations were unclear, we built to the highest standards we could. When market dynamics shifted, we adapted while staying true to our values. When others cut corners, we invested in quality.

This moment is no different.

There's real work ahead. Products to reformulate. Businesses to support. Standards to maintain while everything else is in flux.

And there are still people who need what hemp can provide—relief, wellness, support. That need didn't disappear with a signature on a bill.

So we keep building. Not because the path is clear. But because the mission hasn't changed.

Where We Go From Here

For weeks now we have talked about quality, transparency, and what it takes to build something lasting in the cannabinoid industry.

This week reinforced why that conversation matters.

Because when regulations shift—and they will keep shifting—the companies that survive are the ones built on fundamentals. On quality you can prove. On manufacturing standards that don't bend with political winds. On a commitment to the plant and the people it serves.

That's what lasts. That's what we're building.

Next week, we'll talk about what comes next - because now we are more determined than ever!

Onward and upward.
