The Game is Far From Over.

We're not where we thought we'd be.

 

When we started in this industry, we believed clear regulations were coming. That the government would provide direction. That we'd be building businesses on solid ground instead of shifting sand.

 

We were wrong about that.

 

The rules are still unclear. The regulations still contradict each other. The path forward is still foggy.

 

It's been harder than we expected.

 

We've had to make long-term decisions without knowing if the market will exist in five years. Build businesses while wondering if federal action could reshape everything overnight. Invest in quality and testing without certainty that it even matters.

 

Yeah, it's been exhausting. Yeah, we're frustrated.

 

But we're only at halftime.

 

And there's still another half to go.

Let's be honest about where we are:

  • We're honest with each other. When regulations are unclear, transparency matters more. We tell you what we know and what we don't. We flag risks. We navigate this together.
  • We build for the long term anyway. Yes, it's risky. But we're not building for next quarter. We're building for the next decade.
